Description Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting and finance department. Provide guidance and support to non-finance teams on financial matters. Profile The successful candidate should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA equivelant qualification. Proven experience in financial analysis within the retail industry for a minimum of 3 years. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
