Oversee client relationships, providing strategic accounting and advisory support. Collaborate closely with Directors and Managers in a non-hierarchical, team-based structure. Monitor and achieve KPIs, including billable hours, write-offs, and effective job management (introduced after 6–12 months). Provide performance feedback and support professional development for Accountants within client teams. Contribute to technical reviews and assessments alongside other Managers and Directors. Maintain high-quality service delivery and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Participate in client meetings both onsite and online as part of a hybrid working model. Travel across Sydney as required to service clients and attend meetings. Support the firm’s collaborative culture and contribute to ongoing business growth. What benefits you? About You What is needed from you: CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) with a relevant tertiary degree Minimum 4-5 years’ external client relationship building Experience in boutique/mid-tier firms - preferred Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards Proven experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships Excellent communication and relationship management skills Must be Australian Citizen or PR
