The Team You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative group who: Are open, honest, and co-operative Share knowledge and support each other’s professional growth Receive constant feedback, coaching, and career development Work closely with partners and managers across all service areas Active social calendar and team engagement The Role This is a full-time position based in Parramatta, with work-from-home flexibility available after your probation period (6 months): You’ll be responsible for: Leading and managing a portfolio of audit clients Overseeing all stages of the audit process — planning, execution, and completion Reviewing financial statements for compliance with Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards Managing and mentoring team members including seniors, intermediates and graduates. Building trusted relationships with clients and providing proactive, value-adding advice Identifying opportunities for process and control improvements Working closely with Partners and Directors to resolve complex issues Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective engagement delivery Contributing to continuous improvement and business development initiatives What benefits you? About You What is needed from you: CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) with a relevant tertiary degree Minimum 4-5 years’ external audit experience in a professional services firm within Australia Experience in boutique/mid-tier firms - preferred Knowledge with CaseWare or similar audit software (advantageous) Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards Proven experience managing multiple engagements and client relationships Excellent communication and relationship management skills Must be Australian Citizen or PR If you believe this role suits you, don't hesitate to apply and be contacted by one of our recruitment consultants today!
