THE OPPORTUNITY Cyber Security Practice Lead is a unique opportunity to lead a key growth practice for Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia, our Cybersecurity practice in all aspects. This role centres on delivering robust solutions and thought leadership to Fujifilm IT Services’ and Fujifilm Business Innovation Australia customers, ensuring their data and systems are protected through the adoption of industry-leading security practices, tools and controls. You will oversee all aspects from Governance Risk and Compliance, to best in class tools and vendor products, through to delivery and automation. You will have the opportunity to front our engagements with new and existing customers and lead others to do the same. You lead a team that delivers cyber strategies, provide expert advice, to safeguard their business operations. While your primary focus is on customer engagement and protection, you will also maintain oversight of internal security systems and help drive the achievement and ongoing maintenance of compliance certifications and standards, guaranteeing Fujifilm IT Services remains a trusted and compliant partner. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Grow our Cyber Practice: Take full ownership of Fujifilm IT Services’ Cyber Security Practice—driving strategy, innovation, and operational excellence to meet business objectives and customer expectations. Customer Engagement & Influence: Represent the security practice in high-level meetings with C-Level executives and senior management. Understand client needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and deliver outcomes that foster trust and growth. Security Operations & Risk Management: Oversee end-to-end security operations, including incident response, problem and change management, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing. Ensure robust processes are in place to mitigate threats and maintain resilience. Compliance & Governance Leadership: Lead internal and external audits and maintain adherence to global standards and frameworks like ISO27001. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and documentation. Team Development & Enablement: Build and mentor a high-performing cyber security team. Deliver internal training programs, including sales enablement and security awareness, to strengthen organisational capability. Industry Presence & Strategic Partnerships: Own relationships with third-party vendors, manage budgets, and create consulting offerings that differentiate Fujifilm in the market. Represent the company at industry events, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies. Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience in Cyber/Information Security and related management functions. Strong ability to lead teams, manage pressure, and communicate effectively. Deep understanding of GRC tooling to deliver to ISO27001, NIST, ASD Essential 8, APRA CPS 234, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and best practices. Hands-on with Antivirus, EDR, Firewalls, SIEM & SOAR tools, vulnerability management, and incident response. Strong focus on Microsoft Security licensing and tools, SentinelOne, Proofpoint and the Fortinet stack. Experience of defining product and services within security. Skilled in IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and security awareness programs. Ability to manage third-party suppliers and coordinate onshore/offshore teams for quality outcomes. Desirable skills Master’s degree in Cyber/Information Security Certifications (Microsoft/ITIL/ISO/Cyber Security Related) Certifications such as CISSP or CISM BENEFITS: 12 weeks full pay parental leave.
