In this role, you will manage diaries, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and ensure smooth day to day operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay on top of details, and keep everything running seamlessly will make you an invaluable part of the team. Responsibilities: Manage the Partner’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations for the Partner. Coordinate client meetings, events, and marketing activities, including catering and technical setup. Handle correspondence, calls, and emails promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting. Organise team functions and collaborate with interstate assistants. Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and manage team intranet data. Support general administration, including document finishing and workflow improvements.
