Description Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, BAS, and financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Provide expert tax advice and planning strategies to clients in line with current legislation. Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development. Handle tax compliance issues, including liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies. Identify opportunities to add value to clients through tax efficiency and strategic planning. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement best practices within the team. Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients as required. Profile A successful Manager Senior Tax Accountant should have: A relevant accounting or finance degree with CA or CPA qualifications. Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
