Description Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and reconciliations for property portfolios. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and manage financial transactions, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards. Collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making through financial insights. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial reviews. Provide timely and accurate financial advice to stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades within the accounting function. Profile A successful Property Accountant should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification (or working towards). Proven experience in the property industry or a similar sector. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
