This is a hands-on, end-to-end role managing invoicing, collections, and payments — perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys variety, and wants to see their work make an impact. This role presents an exciting development opportunity for a motivated finance professional looking to expand their experience in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. Offering broad exposure across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and month-end processes, this position is ideal for someone eager to develop a well-rounded finance skill set. Initially, the position will feature a 3–2 split between transactional finance and broader financial responsibilities. However, it comes with a clearly defined development pathway designed for someone who is driven, proactive, and committed to advancing their career. Over time, this progression will see the successful candidate step into a more senior finance role with increased scope and responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Manage all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure purchase orders, receipts, and payments are aligned Process credit cards and employee expense claims Prepare accurate AR/AP reports Support month-end close activities About You: 1–3 years of experience in accounts administration, AR, or AP Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Intermediate Excel skills; experience with Dynamics GP or Business Central is advantageous What’s on Offer: $65,000 – $75,000 base super Hybrid working arrangement - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home Mentoring and support from an experienced Finance Manager Work with a values-driven organisation making a tangible national impact If you’re passionate about making an impact and genuinely interested in the not-for-profit sector, this role offers the perfect combination of career growth, hands-on responsibility, and meaningful work.
