Your Opportunity As the Manager, Enterprise Program Office and Commercial Delivery, you will: Oversee the organisations project management and commercial delivery portfolio and to manage the implementation of TAFE Queensland projects to ensure consistency with organisational strategy, commitment and goals are achieved. Lead, manage and coordinate the team in managing across-organisational projects and identifying project opportunities, develop briefs and implement commercially orientated actions to achieve identified performance targets. This position reports to the Executive Director, Business Innovation and Commercialisation. This is a Permanent, Full-time opportunity, from 23 March 2026, unless otherwise determined. The position will be based primarily at South Bank however you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the success of transformation and cultural change through promoting and modelling the established values of Safety First, Working Together, Focussing on our Customer, Taking Responsibility and Showing Initiative. Live a safety culture, lead by example and support the Health Safety and Environment Management System to create a TAFE Queensland Brisbane-wide safety culture. Execute exceptionally high level project management skills to manage the end to end delivery of complex projects and partnerships, including highly developed research, analytical and problem solving skills to gather and compile information, develop reports and make educated decisions and recommendations. Support the execution of TAFE Queensland's transformation initiatives, potentially driving the delivery of the initiatives. Contribute through high level project management knowledge and subject matter expertise, in order to provide advice and influence decisions to lead and drive transformational change, minimising impacts and ensuring success of the initiative. Undertake high level research, analysis and evaluation to identify opportunities that will enable the organisation to achieve targeted outcomes and objectives and provide recommendations to management. Provide high level professional and advice to senior management, stakeholders, clients and contractors regarding any issues along with the accurate recommendations and innovative alternate solutions to ensure issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently. Establish and maintain effective relationships and networks to develop strategic alliance with internal and external stakeholders across all levels to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Lead multi-functional teams, and manage the human and technical resources of projects and commercial delivery to successfully deliver products and services, whilst maintaining a balanced working environment conducive to high individual performance and teamwork. Develop and implement the portfolios transformation initiatives to support the realisation of organisational benefits and sustainable outcomes that are aligned to the broader organisational strategy, with particular focus on change management activities. Ensure effective performance management procedures are in place to monitor all internal and external performance reporting requirements including expenditure, quality and assurance activities and coordinate timely reports for senior management. Demonstrated leadership, planning and project management skills, and the ability to manage programs within budget, and coordinate a broad range of projects in line with organisational objectives. 2. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and support a team to implement projects, programs and commercially orientated actions to achieve targets within agreed timeframes. 3. High level of analytical and research skills with the ability to manage complex projects and programs, including issue resolutions, development of innovative strategies, setting priorities and managing risk. 4. High level of communication skills and the ability to sustain productive stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with executives, staff and diverse stakeholders, both internal and external to TAFE Queensland Brisbane to achieve results. 5. High level of interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to consult and negotiate on significant issues with various internal and external stakeholders.
