About the Role In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Deliver exceptional and confidential administrative assistance to the Medical Imaging Directorate team, ensuring comprehensive support for the Directors and Nursing Lead. This includes managing communication, organising meetings, maintaining confidential records, and facilitating the smooth operation of the team's activities to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Engage in typing tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced acute healthcare setting, where accuracy and efficiency are essential for documenting patient information, medical records, and communication among healthcare professionals. Maintain and input clinical on-call roster in to appropriate applications, within the required timeframe to avoid disruption in service. Receive, confirm, and process all invoices for the department through S/4 HANA, liaising with external stakeholders when necessary for quoting and invoicing accuracy. Manage and order stationary/IT stock as required.
