About the Team The Integrated Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides complex secondary and tertiary level health care. CYMHS offers specialised mental health services for families with infants, children and young people (birth to 18 years) who experience severe and complex mental health problems. About the Role In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include: Provide training and support to multi-disciplinary staff Provide expert/specialised education, consultation, and training for the multidisciplinary teams Assist in leading quality activities and/or research to improve mental health clinical practice within CHQ CYMHS Training and supervision to medical students and psychiatric registrars across CHQ CYMHS, as delegated by the Medical Director CYMHS About Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ HHS) Children's Health Queensland is a recognised leader in paediatric healthcare, teaching and research, delivering a full range of clinical services and training, tertiary and quaternary care and health promotion programs to children and young people from across Queensland and northern New South Wales.
