About the role Provide expert clinical care and leadership within the Paediatric Unit, supporting evidence-based patient-focused care, education, and portfolio management while acting as a role model and shift coordinator when required. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced nursing assessment, planning, and intervention to ensure high-quality patient-centred care. Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff in complex clinical situations and during sudden changes in patient status. Support education and development for patients, families, and staff, fostering an evidence-based learning environment. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy integration to optimise care and organisational outcomes.
