Join us as a Program Support Officer (AO4) - Volunteer Training Development. Your opportunity As a Program Support Officer (AO4) in our Volunteer Training Development team of QFD, you will play a key role in the organisation by bringing your project management and administrative support expertise to QFD. Based at Whyte Island, you'll use your strong organisational skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and knowledge of volunteer environments to: - Provide administrative support for the planning, development, implementation, review, and evaluation of volunteer training development activities and initiatives. - Assist in the design, development, implementation, and review of the volunteer training curriculum to ensure it meets national standards and is tailored to volunteer needs. - Organise and coordinate workshops and meetings that contribute to volunteer training development objectives. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. - Prepare and coordinate reports, correspondence, and briefings that align with QFD's business objectives. - Contribute to the development and review of systems, policies, and procedures that support the volunteer training curriculum. - Conduct research and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training systems and practices.
