Perks: Flexible part-time hours with excellent work-life balance Work with an established company serving diverse client sectors Supportive team environment with a focus on employee wellbeing Opportunity to develop vendor certifications and product knowledge Exposure to varied IT products and services Collaborative team culture with a good sense of humour Established client base across commercial, not-for-profit, and high-net-worth sectors Roles and Responsibilities: Manage client renewals for warranties, subscriptions, and maintenance contracts to maintain revenue stream Prepare accurate quotes for clients and support Sales Executives with complex product and services quotes Process order entry and manage procurement activities Audit and maintain asset registers and configuration databases for client accounts Coordinate supply chain logistics and manage vendor relationships Create and process purchase orders for suppliers Provide regular updates to clients and Sales Executives on order progress and delivery timelines Answer sales line enquiries and provide first-line support as needed Obtain and maintain vendor sales certifications as required Role Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a sales support or similar administrative role Strong organisational and time management abilities Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, sometimes under pressure Positive attitude and good sense of humour High standard of written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Experience working in the Perth IT market is advantageous Technical Requirements: Solid understanding of IT hardware products and components Experience working with IT vendors and distributor relationships Familiarity with quoting and procurement processes Proficiency with asset management and configuration databases Experience with order management systems Competent with Microsoft Office suite We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
