The opportunity As Employer Partnership Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of employers, enhancing the UniSuper brand, and driving business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth, understanding employer and member needs, and delivering value-adding services. Key responsibilities include: Developing and strengthening relationships with assigned employers through workplace visits and presentations. Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to grow employer and membership base. Planning and delivering tailored services based on employer and member needs. Establishing annual Account Plans and Relationship Management Plans. Coordinating UniSuper’s specialist member and employer service delivery activities. Providing insights and recommendations for marketing research, campaigns, and member retention strategies. Overseeing responses to data cleansing and elevated member issues. Gathering and analysing data to identify patterns and support improvement projects. Delivering UniSuper initiatives and increasing brand awareness locally. Presenting at seminars on UniSuper and superannuation topics. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. About you Experience building and maintaining critical relationships in a commercial environment (superannuation/finance industry preferred). Knowledge of defined benefit and accumulation superannuation funds (desirable). Strong understanding of customer loyalty and business development. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry experience; RG 146 compliant. Proven ability to assess service delivery and drive organisational change. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Commercial acumen, integrity, and trustworthiness. Experience with CRMs, databases, and data analysis. Strong organisational and planning skills.
