Description We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Business Partner. Join our Health Safety and Environment Generalist team and play a key role in driving a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Zero Harm matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees. Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture focused on manager-led delivery of positive outcomes. Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy, ensuring performance objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes. Lead and facilitate professional, timely investigations of incidents, including complex investigations using ICAM or equivalent methodology. Coach management and staff in health, safety, and environmental awareness, and support the delivery of training and risk assessments. What You’ll Bring Formal work health and safety qualifications (Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline) – mandatory. Trained in ICAM or equivalent investigation methodology – mandatory. Strong practical experience in a Workplace Health & Safety or OHS-related role. Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and WHS/OHS management system audits. Ability to build relationships, influence change, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
