We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join a close-knit and high performing team in Cockburn. What You'll Be Doing Answer calls and provide timely responses to any inquiries from customers. Process spare parts orders. Monitor progress of sales orders and advise dealers of any issues, backorders and completion details. Liaise with other internal departments to address any issues with parts or sales. Assist the Parts Manager and fill in during leave periods as necessary. Provide after-hours call out support during peak seasons to support clients. Participate in a high performing culture focussed on safety and outstanding customer service. What We're Looking for Previous experience in a similar spare parts role (preferably in manufacturing - not essential but highly advantageous ) Experience in an industrial parts interpreter role is strongly preferred PRONTO experience is an advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable and dedicated staff member with a positive can-do attitude that lasts throughout the day. Computer literacy and willingness to learn about our products and systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus.
