Being resourceful to find information, navigate systems and business technology. Process documentation, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records. Achievement of KPIs, contributing to an effective, high-performing team. What we're looking for Passionate about customer service. Contact Centre experience is a bonus but not mandatory. Employment support experience is desirable Strong communication and relationship building skills. Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation. Agile and adaptable.
