They are currently seeking a Project/Management Accountant to join the collaborative Finance and Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial success of projects supporting project managers and operations leaders with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information. The Opportunity As the Project/Management Accountant , you’ll provide high-quality financial, management, and business reporting across multiple projects. You’ll be the key link between project teams and the finance function, ensuring each project’s financial integrity, compliance, and profitability are maintained from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver accurate monthly project accounting and financial reports. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, ensuring projects remain on track. Provide timely cost analyses, estimates-to-complete, and WIP reporting. Manage project invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processes. Support project managers with financial insight and advice to aid decision-making. Maintain strong data integrity within the company ERP system. Assist with audits, cash-flow forecasts, and post-completion financial reviews. Uphold company values and ensure confidentiality and compliance at all times. About You You’re a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys partnering with project teams to drive successful outcomes. You can balance accuracy with efficiency and are a confident partner working across multiple projects and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Be qualified CA or CPA Accountant. Proven experience as a Project/Management Accountant (ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries). Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills and have effective relationships with non-finance teams. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Why should you apply?
