Reporting to the Head of Finance, Australia, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the financial operations across the APAC region. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function within a fast-growing, innovative company, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in all aspects of financial management. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statements, with detailed commentary on variances against budget and forecast. Perform variance analysis on actuals versus budgets and forecasts for revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses. Collaborate closely with Sales and Licensing teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment for software sales, services, and deferred revenue. Support the preparation of yearly budgets and quarterly forecasts. Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements. Provide general administrative and financial support, including assistance with onboarding new staff, office operations, and timesheet management. About You Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (CPA/CA qualifications desirable). Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting and business administration roles. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems such as NetSuite (or similar). Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
