The Role As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on large-scale, design-led developments currently in delivery, including a 5-star hotel, premium residential and commercial towers, and a major urban renewal precinct. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the executive leadership team, this role will see you manage every stage from feasibility and design through to construction and handover. You will bring a steady hand, commercial confidence, and a relationship-led approach to navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. What You Will Be Doing: Oversee the delivery of landmark mixed-use and hotel projects across multiple sites. Manage feasibility, procurement, consultant teams, and design coordination Navigate contracts, approvals, and stakeholder relationships with calm precision Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality expectations without compromise Build alignment between operators, contractors, consultants, and internal leadership Foster transparent, collaborative partnerships that drive shared success The Foundation for Success You are commercially sharp and hands-on, equally comfortable in a feasibility meeting or on-site. You thrive in environments where trust, accountability, and curiosity drive decisions. Solid experience in project delivery or development management within the Project Management capacity. Proven success in delivering large-scale mixed-use, hotel, or precinct projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Confidence working within private development or client-side environments. A leadership style that’s grounded, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
