TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers that have worked across a broad portfolio of urban and land development projects. Ideally within built form industrial and commercial environments including commercial precincts, education campuses, transport and rail infrastructure, aged care facilities, and land development works. Key Responsibilities Lead civil design, including roads, drainage, earthworks, and utility coordination Develop 3D models and design documentation in line with Victorian standards Mentor junior staff and lead multidisciplinary project teams Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver quality outcomes Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with 8 years' experience Proven experience in urban development, land development, and transport infrastructure projects Proficiency in Civil 3D (or 12D) and Victorian design standards Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What's in it for you?
