About the role: Directors have responsibility for effectively managing multiple projects and staff in a rapidly growing team, working directly with the leadership team. The role will involve originating and taking the lead on buy-side and sell-side M&A projects which require a high level of advisory input. Directors also have a responsibility for business development, stakeholder management and staff development. As a growing service line, a Director of M&A will have direct responsibility for developing and executing on M&A and growth strategies within the local market, nationally and globally. The role also requires building and managing a robust M&A pipeline, working closely with colleagues across RSM Australia and RSM International to identify opportunities.
