The Position Manage a portfolio of mixed-use properties predominantly commercial, industrial and some office Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers. Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers. Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments. Prospecting for new business. Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties. The Criteria Minimum 3 years experience as a Commercial Property Manager, managing a portfolio of commercial properties. Current Real Estate Registration. You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. Exceptional communication and analytical skills. Cirrus8 skills advantageous but not essential Strong computer skills. (extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel) Experience with Cirrus8 advantageous.
