Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct on-site client visits, meetings, and product demonstrations. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. What you'll bring to the role: A proven background as a proactive sales "hunter" in a BDM role. Mechanical aptitude or experience with heavy or related machinery. The discipline and drive to excel in an autonomous, remote role. A strategic, solution-focused approach to sales, not just quoting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A competitive salary package is on offer with a negotiable base and an uncapped OTE of around $150,000 superannuation, a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, and laptop.
