Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major data centre migration project based in Adelaide. In this role, you’ll act as the critical link between technical teams, project management, and business stakeholders - ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution as applications transition from an existing on-premises data centre to a new facility. This position suits someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and can bridge technical detail with business impact. About the role: Support planning and execution of migration activities, including cutover, testing, validation, and post-migration sign-off. Translate technical requirements into business impacts and communicate effectively across all levels. Develop and maintain migration plans, change control records, and documentation. Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes. Mediate between technical feasibility, delivery constraints, and business priorities. Requirements: 5 years business analysis, IT project coordination, or technical program management. Knowledge of data centre migration processes - cutover, downtime, failover, disaster recovery. Strong understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networking, databases, and application dependencies. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in clear business language. Experience supporting enterprise-scale data centre or transformation projects.
