Role Overview: The IT manager will be responsible for the entire internal and external IT infrastructure at the organisation, including overall systems management, security, risk testing, vendor management, ERP oversight and IT strategizing. With multiple analysts reporting to this position, the IT Manager must be able to lead teams from both a managerial perspective and be able to get involved technically. Daily, the IT Manager will run day-to-day operations of all IT systems. They will monitor and maintain existing infrastructure as well as ensure consistent performance and minimal downtime. Weekly, this role will collaborate with teams to develop an IT development plan and assess implementation strategies. This role will continuously improve the existing IT systems and develop new strategies to implement. Monthly, this role will address long-standing business challenges from an IT perspective, reporting directly into the Global Director of IT to overcome these challenges. Responsibilities: Manage and optimise on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including server and network systems, AD/Entra, and connectivity thereof. Oversee correct operations on MS Power Platform applications. Maintain relevant business systems, tools, and processes to support efficient operations. Implement and enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorised access and data breaches. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT vendors, including MSPs for infrastructure and ERP Lead ERP Analysts and ensure timely delivery of ERP projects, enhancements, and support. Engage with stakeholders across all business levels to align IT initiatives with business needs. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have some tenure in a similar position with a proven track record of delivering robust IT systems and management. They will have broad IT expertise across various disciplines including all aspects of hardware and software. This person must have need strong analytical, technical and managerial acumen to perform.
