Their team values collaboration, innovation, and public impact. About the role and the team: The Corporate Systems Support Analyst will report to the Manager of Corporate Systems. The Corporate Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for providing effective change management control with respect to the ServiceNow applications. The change control environment includes provision of systems support and administration, consultation with respect to business change requirements, issue resolution and analytical and technical support for the implementation of system changes. The Corporate Systems Support Analyst will coordinate, develop and implement change requests, which will involve significant consultation and engagement across key internal and external stakeholders, including Business Systems, agencies, external systems suppliers, and all business units. The Corporate System Support Analyst will ensure all change request activities are documented, implemented, and effectively managed to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. Key requirements A current National Police Clearance check is mandatory ServiceNow admin experience Experience in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate) Experience with Data Analysis/Reporting Research and data collection skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven attention to detail and accuracy A background in finance is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work Honed ability to meet strict deadlines Sharp numerical reasoning skills and research/data collection skills Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
