Key responsibilities include: Supporting core HR functions across the firm, including daily operations, Diversity & Inclusion programs and firm-wide events Acting as the go-to contact for Diversity & Inclusion enquiries, assisting employees and ensuring new starters feel welcomed, informed and supported Managing administrative requirements such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, tracking action items and maintaining accurate records Providing project support to senior HR leaders as required Championing company culture and Service Excellence through every interaction As you work across all of the HR disciplines, you will be an ambassador for the company culture and really walk the talk!
