You will play a key role in developing and implementing departmental and state-wide workforce strategies, partnering across the business to tailor solutions that address capability gaps and deliver strategic priorities. What you'll do Coordinate, consult and negotiate internal and external stakeholder groups and other departments to broker and implement appropriate inclusion and diversity targeted workforce solutions. Apply contemporary inclusion and diversity methodologies to design, develop and deliver face to face and blended learning content that addresses legislative and operational needs. Work with business stakeholders to support the development of effective and engaging Diversity and Inclusion education and awareness opportunities. Provide practical advice and guidance to stakeholders on tactical, operational and strategic diversity and inclusion matters. Prepare communications, policy documents, and briefings to key stakeholders and senior executives for approval of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Assist in the design and delivery of Diversity and Inclusion events. About you We are searching for someone with: Demonstrated success in group facilitation skills, and high level interpersonal and communication skills, to consult and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders on education, training and development, including developing and delivering presentations and information sessions. Strong written, presentation, research and report writing capabilities with the ability to understand and interpret information and data as it relates to workforce inclusion and human resource branch initiatives. Proven ability to develop, monitor, review and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs, career entry programs, and or wider human resource initiatives, including face-to-face and e-learning, supporting workforce development. High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities within a complex environment Why work with us?
