As a Project Officer, you will support and coordinate the delivery of specialised projects and small work packages involving ICT, ensuring solutions delivered are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in an enterprise environment. You will deliver, monitor and report on work package activities against agreed criteria. Additionally, you will monitor resources and expenditures within the agreed work package budgets against the project forecasts. About you We are searching for someone who: Experience supporting complex project planning, reporting at program and project level, managing budgets, program governance, procurement, vendor and contract management. You will have attention to detail and be structured and methodical in your approach. Proven ability to develop and manage one or more defined communication channels or stakeholder groups and facilitate the business change decision-making processes and the planning and implementation of change. Knowledge of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and provide advice using appropriate project management techniques within a complex project environment. Proven effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation and exceptional written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment. Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring a small to medium sized team. Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members. Why work with us?
