What You’ll Be Doing Providing therapy and assessment for children and adolescents with developmental, emotional, behavioural, and motor challenges Supporting families through goal-focused intervention Managing a diverse and rewarding caseload, many who are NDIS-supported Working in a community settings Collaborating closely with a friendly, experienced, and supportive Occupational Therapy team Our Brisbane Clinic is currently mobile, with our Occupational Therapist travelling to schools, kindys, and homes for sessions. Paperwork can be completed from home. We are planning to increase our North Brisbane therapy team in 2026, and with that expansion we will be seeking a physical practice. Your role, if desired, can then be transitioned to a hybrid role where you can work in clinic and remotely. What We Provide 4 weeks' annual leave (with the option to part-pay to extend amount of gross annual leave) Weekly supervision with a senior Occupational Therapist $1500 professional development budget per annum (incl. 2 days of paid leave) Monthly in-house professional development Bi-annual whole day in-house team PD in Noosa Assessments and resources purchased for you so you can be well resources to service your client's needs Kilometre reimbursement for travel Rental allowance (negotiated with business owners) Requirements You’re an Occupational Therapist who: Loves working with Children & Families Has full AHPRA registration (or the ability to obtain it) Professional Indemnity Insurance (or the ability to obtain it) Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number A current Queensland driver’s license 2–5 years of relevant paediatric experience (graduates still welcome to apply) Experience working with children with disabilities (highly regarded) Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset A client-centred approach to therapy The ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
