Support licensees and retailers across Consumer Products lines in marketing activities for NBCUniversal ANZ. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist with local and regional marketing approvals for retail and licensee submissions Maintain updated sales materials including brand decks, sales sheets, and welcome packs Create regular E-Newsletters for external partners with franchise and retail updates Assist with key trade events by managing invite lists, product samples, and virtual presentations Track changing trends in digital, broadcast/content, retail, and competitive landscape in the region Coordinate monthly creative reports capturing product and marketing executions Coordinate weekly retail updates in the APAC Weekly for senior management Maintain databases and tracking documents as required Assist with preparation of targeted pitch presentations for potential partners and retailers Assist with coordination and execution of influencer programs Support the team with other adhoc tasks as needed Present a project to the management team at the end of the internship About You The company is looking for: Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Illustrator and Photoshop Detail-oriented and organised with exceptional prioritisation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent communication skills and a strong team player Currently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or Business Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (visa sponsorship not available) Commitment to a part-time 9-month internship from February 2026 to November 2026 How to Apply Submit your application including a cover letter stating your graduation month and year, why you want to work for NBCUniversal, and what you can bring to the role External candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview at an NBCUniversal location This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible Report this job
