As the SEO Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and expanding our SEO function. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you’ll define the vision, set ambitious growth goals, and implement processes that elevate our SEO capability. You'll be required to manage client relationships end-to-end, digging into their objectives, identifying opportunities, and presenting data-driven strategies that deliver measurable impact. You’ll take ownership of technical audits, on-page and off-page optimisation, and content-led initiatives, ensuring every campaign runs to the highest standard. Beyond delivery, you’ll guide and mentor junior specialists, drive innovation across the department, and collaborate with wider teams to create integrated, cross-channel solutions that power both client success and agency growth. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Proven SEO expertise strong track record in developing and delivering strategies across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO in an agency environmentLeadership skills, experience mentoring or managing SEO specialists and building high-performing teamsExperience using SEO tools including Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GA4, GSCSkilled at building relationships, leading discussions, and presenting SEO recommendations to senior stakeholdersAbility to work seamlessly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutionsStrong understanding of site architecture, crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and resolving complex SEO issues TO BE CONSIDERED… Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly to Kate.donoghue@searchability.com.au For further information please call me on 0480 559 771.
