What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute our regional marketing initiatives across Australia, with a strong focus on channel marketing, events (field, trade shows, conferences) and cross-functional programs. This is a broader role than your typical field marketing position — ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with regional sales teams, channel partners, and our HQ in Adelaide, while also liaising with global marketing colleagues (especially those based in the US). The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on doer, comfortable managing end-to-end programs while flexing across different marketing functions as needed Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage field marketing initiatives including regional hospitality events, trade shows, industry conferences, channel partner events, and executive roundtables. Manage and promote regional webinars, virtual events, and workshops in collaboration with the demand generation team. Run regionally-focused ABM programs. Work with the sales and channel teams to align event strategy with business objectives. Localize and activate global and regional marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Support partner enablement initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and channel incentives. Help develop partner toolkits, sales plays, and joint event programs. Assist in sourcing and developing customer stories, case studies, and reference programs. Support customer engagement activities in the region (events, webinar, and other marketing support). Collaborate on cross-functional communications, marketing calendar planning, and campaign execution across teams. Coordinate awards submissions, speaking opportunities, and regional PR support as needed. Serve as the go-to marketing contact for regional sales and channel reps, and a trusted partner to global marketing teams. Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and campaign alignment between HQ and the field. 20-30% travel required Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or events marketing, ideally within a SaaS or cybersecurity company. Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B marketing programs that drive pipeline and engagement. Strong background in event execution, project management, and stakeholder communication. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, channel, customer success, and global marketing teams. Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Comfortable working in a remote-first, geographically distributed team environment. Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Zoom, project management tools, and virtual event platforms is a plus.
