Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Digital Optimisation Manager. What’s the role? This role is a Parental Leave Cover Role for a 12 month period. As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance the performance of our websites, apps and digital communication channels. You’ll use data-driven insights to improve customer journeys, drive engagement and uplift conversion across our digital platforms. This role is based in Sydney and operates during standard business hours. You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team focused on delivering meaningful digital experiences that support both customer needs and business outcomes. What do I need? We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, analytical and passionate about digital optimisation. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar tools to analyse and optimise digital performance Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), SEO, funnel analysis and personalisation Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across the business Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations Familiarity with agile ways of working and digital strategy planning Why join us?
