We’re looking for a CRM & Loyalty Executive to provide hands-on support during a busy peak sales period for a leading fashion group. This temp role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day (BAU) campaign tasks under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day execution of CRM, email, and SMS campaigns Ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and aligned with brand goals Manage BAU tasks such as data segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to keep workflows running smoothly Key requirements: 3 years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or campaign coordination Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities Experience with marketing automation is a plus Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not essential If this sounds like you, please apply now!
