About the role As the Clinical Nurse Consultant Kidney Services, you will provide leadership and clinical expertise across the Mount Isa Hospital Renal Unit and satellite sites. You'll mentor and support nursing teams to deliver safe, evidence-based, and culturally responsive kidney care throughout the region. You will: Provide advanced clinical leadership in haemodialysis and kidney care. Drive service improvement, quality, and safety initiatives. Promote culturally safe care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Travel to satellite dialysis units as required (flights and shared accommodation provided). Requirements Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
