About the role As part of the Allied Health Services team, you will play a key role in supporting patient care through efficient administrative systems and excellent customer service. You will: Provide administrative and records support, ensuring the secure handling of confidential medical files. Coordinate referrals, appointments, and waitlists to support smooth patient flow. Deliver high-quality customer service to patients, carers, and staff. Assist with general office duties, data entry, and maintenance of patient information systems. Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Requirements Whilst not mandatory a relevant qualification would be well regarded including Certificate III in Business or similar.
