What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you’ll: Set up and position your machine Load, unload, and operate equipment with precision Bulk earthworks, final trim, road boxing, trenching Use of GPS tech (Trimble, Topcon) Swap out attachments like buckets and scoops Work confidently with site drawings and markers to avoid underground essentials (electric, gas, etc.) Keep safety front and centre at all times Who You Are You’ve got the chops to handle: At least 2 years' operating excavators on subdivisions or similar projects GPS navigation with Topcon or Trimble The calm and focus to work smoothly under pressure A current driver’s licence, plant tickets, and your white card in hand A safety-first mindset A team-player spirit, ready to jump between machines and sites Why Rokon?
