MCR are seeking a Health & Safety leader to deliver large and critically complex data centre construction projects in Melbourne. Data Centre Client Side Role Health and Safety Leader West of Melbourne Overview: You’ll act as a visible, hands-on safety leader, actively driving compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement in all health and safety activities. Your work will span both construction project delivery and live operational environments, ensuring risks are effectively managed and safety remains a top priority at every stage. This will include: Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections. Carrying out workplace hazard identification, risk assessments and review SWMS Implementing ways of reducing risks Initiate and communicate safety issues to all onsite Key Requirements Full working rights in Australia A degree or comparable qualification in health and safety Experience in leading the health and safety on MEP construction projects Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with contractors and site team Experience working on critically complex construction projects Strong leader and communicator Be part of a high-performing client-side team delivering major data centre infrastructure.
