The Position: The Account Manager will manage contractual and operational performance across a portfolio of sites on behalf of multiple clients. Your focus will be to ensure that onsite operational teams are managing building maintenance services effectively, and working cleaning site supervisors to ensure presentation to level and contractual performance are met. Be pivotal in building client relationships and evaluating potential further growth opportunities for ad hoc works and projects. Your responsibilities include: Providing leadership and guidance to on-site teams, motivating a culture of high performance. Building and maintaining client relationships by implementing effective communication strategies and maintaining proactive engagement. Managing onsite performance, contractual obligations and performance and team management, resource allocation Overseeing compliance, safety standards, and financial outcomes to ensure optimal performance across all FM sites. Identifying and implementing opportunities for service innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term contract retention. Planning and supporting new site mobilisations in line with company standards and guiding onsite teams during transition periods. Evaluating and reviewing the preferred vendor network to ensure service delivery remains competitive and value-driven. Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring accurate site documentation in their CMMS system. Assist with quoting and provide advice and consultancy on minor works maintenance projects and asset replacement. You will be remunerated attractively with a package of circa $120,000 - $130,000 plus super, plus fully expensed vehicle. Key Skills and Qualities: Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, operationally oriented manager, who brings extensive knowledge of the facilities services industry. You will be encouraged to apply if you demonstrate the following: A proven background in managing the self-delivery of maintenance and building services across a portfolio of assets, ideally as an Account Manager or equivalent for an outsourced service provider. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and expand the delivery of works to meet and exceed KPIs. Attention to detail, quality and exceptional customer service with the capacity to train and mentor staff to align to this ethos. A proactive problem solver who leads from the front and can act under pressure. Proven skillsets around people management in an operational environment, including motivation, rostering and training. Ensuring a safety culture is adopted and WHS and compliance is adhered to. A high level of financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, reporting, forecasting) A valid National Police Check, or open to application if successful.
