This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Estimator to join a growing team and contribute to the success of the wider business. As a Production Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are cost-effective, profitable, and delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain and improve relationships while supporting smooth workflow and production processes. Produce purchase/work orders and quantity take-offs accurately and efficiently. Request, review, and interpret quotations. Provide margin reports and ensure jobs remain cost-effective and profitable. Assist in managing the workflow of jobs in production. What do you need? Minimum 1 year of experience in an estimating role (residential/medium density preferred). Building/Construction qualification and/or trade experience highly desirable. Knowledge of the building and construction process. Experience with estimating systems, including DataBuild, advantageous. Strong ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and a strong work ethic.
