The Position Full-time, in-office role providing essential support to the Property Management team by actioning all tenant-related enquiries. This position is office-based with no final bond inspections, viewings, or routine inspections, though occasional coverage may be required. Facilitate smooth tenant inductions for all new occupants, ensuring a positive move-in experience. Oversee and coordinate tenancy processes including new leases, vacates, renewals, break leases, inspection scheduling, pet applications, and related administration, using established checklists to maintain consistency and accuracy. Provide tenant support for general enquiries and rent-related questions, offering guidance and assistance as needed. Support with tenancy application processing. Manage incoming tenant phone calls and office walk-ins, ensuring timely and professional responses. While not directly responsible for maintenance, assist tenants by guiding them on how to submit requests and provide support when required. Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Tenant Services team, delivering exceptional service and support to both tenants and the wider Property Management team. The Criteria Minimum of one-year previous experience in property management.
