Provide essential administrative support to our HSEQ team, ensuring our projects operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all standards. You will maintain records, assist with reporting, manage HSEQ documentation, and support training and inductions. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Manager, including data entry, tender submission, risk assessments, and safe systems of work. Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, including equipment maintenance records, calibration logs, and training certification expiry. Assist in preparing and distributing HSEQ reports and meeting minutes. Support inductions and HSEQ-related training for new starters and contractors. Monitor in-house safety logs and action points from HSEQ meetings. Assist with sub-contractor paperwork and communication prior to works. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in HSEQ administration or office-based safety support is desirable. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn internal HSEQ systems. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the HSEQ team and project staff. Understanding safety regulations and compliance processes.
