Description As Estimator, you'll oversee the preparation of accurate first-principles estimates, manage tender submissions. You'll play a key role in reviewing processes, improving systems, and ensuring tenders are priced competitively while maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of detailed BOQs, scopes, and budgets for tenders and variations. Source, analyse, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Provide accurate cost estimates that align with market expectations and client requirements. Mentor and support estimators, cadets, and coordinators. Review and improve estimating systems, templates, and tender processes. Deliver regular reporting on tender outcomes, win/loss analysis, and subcontractor performance. Support business development by researching trends, pricing benchmarks, and supplier networks. Profile Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, fitout, or refurbishment. Strong ability to build and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships. Skilled in first-principles estimating and tender process management.
