The Opportunity We’re hiring across both PE and SPE levels. You’ll play a key role in delivering the project successfully, from design coordination and subcontractor management to site execution and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist or lead project coordination and subcontractor management Resolve design issues and contribute technical input during design and construction Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls Ensure compliance with ITPs, SWMS, and safety standards Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure project alignment Manage variations and site documentation What We’re Looking For Relevant building and tertiary qualifications Proven experience on large-scale construction projects Strong technical and problem-solving skills Experience in subcontractor coordination and design management Knowledge of cost, quality, and environmental controls Commitment to health and safety standards Open to relocation or travel to Shellharbour Ready to Build Your Future?
