The core capability requirements for this role are: - Provide the Executive Director, Finance Division with high level professional support services by designing and implementing management systems to ensure efficient diary management, timely and effective correspondence management and productive prioritisation of tasks.- Manage the administration of meetings, conferences and other executive events and ensure supporting documents, agenda papers and reports are available as necessary.- Liaise with managers, senior executives and other stakeholders ensuring tact, confidentiality and discretion are applied.- Provide support and operational advice to the Senior Advisor in relation to administration and management of the work unit.- Coordinate and contribute to improvement of work practices, including office systems and administration processes- Work collaboratively with Finance team members in providing urgent assistance and backup as required and determined by the Senior Advisor.
