As a Senior Advisor will: Provide high level professional secretarial support to the Deputy Director-General including diary management, mailbox management and secretariate duties. Compose and prepare timely departmental and ministerial correspondence including, confidential and accurate reports, briefings, ministerial and other executive level correspondence. Coordinate and critically analyse information papers regarding initiatives delivered by the work area to ensure the provision of high quality, accurate and timely responses. Coordinate executive travel arrangements for the Deputy Director-General. Establish and maintain effective linkages with key stakeholders including Ministerial Offices, Office of the Director-General, and other directorates enabling positive and productive working relationships. Provide high level advice and support to directorate officers responsible for the preparation of ministerial and executive correspondence and related documents. Your ability to stay informed of current matters, analyse information, influence, problem solve, and co-ordinate workflow is essential to your success in this role.
