As part of this exciting growth, we are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities and driving brand growth by developing, coordinating, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This includes advising on pricing, designing promotional campaigns, and enhancing the visibility and appeal of our venues to diverse customer segments. Location: Shop 3/144 Indooroopilly Road, Taringa, QLD-4068 Responsibilities: Grow brand awareness and engagement across social platforms; manage community interaction, User Generated Content (UGC), and influencer/food blogger collabs. Analyse local dining trends, seasonality, and competitor offerings to define target guest segments and positioning. Develop and execute restaurant digital marketing plans to grow reservations, dine-in traffic, delivery, and catering revenue. Run campaigns for local SEO/Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta ads, email/SMS, and retargeting to drive bookings and orders. Advise management & chefs on menu engineering and pricing (ABV, contribution margin, promo mix) and plan limited-time offers aligned to kitchen capacity and food costs. Coordinate with delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) and POS/loyalty systems to execute promotions. Build partnerships with nearby businesses, hotels, events, and community groups to generate group bookings and functions. Use guest data to segment audiences and run targeted offers, birthday clubs, and loyalty campaigns. Plan, promote, and execute in-venue events (chef’s specials, tasting nights, live music), negotiating with vendors to maximise footfall and spend. Manage print media, local PR, and listings (food guides, local directories) to increase reviews and press mentions. Conduct regular competitor scans (menus, pricing, promos) and recommend adjustments to maintain value and differentiation. Skills and Experience: A minimum bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is required. The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience Positive attitude Ability to innovate and communicate ideas effectively. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Salary Package: $75,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation per annum.
